These are explorations into the geometry of sona sand drawings. I created mine through a tiling system I developed, retaining the central concept of the sona (one continuous curve going around all of the points). Although a curve may seem to be symmetric, small breaks to the symmetry are used to ensure that it is indeed a single curve and not multiple loops. Click on a thumbnail to see a larger image.
